Experiment in felting.

 

I crocheted this small bag for Ava's friend's fourth birthday gift. Then I felted it in the washing machine. There were two "d'oh!" moments associated with this bag. 1) I forgot to take a picture of it after I felted it and before I gave it away. 2) The colors in the variegated wool bled all over the rest of the load of laundry. Even still, it was a good little project and went very quickly. I would do a felted project again, though I'd be more careful about the colors in the wash.
